- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I provided Lung & Colon Cancer records to her daughter Nurse Practioner Erika Woolridge and then I found out that she lied to the Pulmonary doctor and wrote him a letter telling him I don't have Lung and Colon Cancer. I even found out that she contacted my ex-workers compensation insurer who was kicked off of my medicare claim and had his personal information, such as his cell number, p.o. box, address, etc.. When I wrote a letter and confronted her on it the office manager (Ms. Jump) cancelled my medical care at Kentucky One, even though I was in the middle of getting care for my Heart issues.
